Refining the existing heritage with an overlay of restrained modern sensibility, the design of the New Farm Residence creates a harmonious and engaging family home.

The main living areas of the house maintain a warm and neutral palette, reflecting the tones of the original heritage architecture and allowing for an openness between indoor and outdoor spaces. Pockets of colour are used to celebrate the client’s own personality and create a sense of intimacy within the wash of subdued materiality.
